Originally from the French South West, born in good food and fine wines, and the French paradox.
Also, I’ve been in school and trained to be a cook in high profile restaurants I have developed an understanding of different things like teamwork, detail, organization, management of stress and developed creativity and culinary skills.
Worked in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Norway,…
Through all this I am a really passionate person about what I do.
Otherwise I like to travel a lot, meet the wine producers, be in the field, share knowledge.
